Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: April 28, 2026. This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for Vyve Care subscriptions and digital purchases.

1. Subscription billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the billing interval shown during checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel renewals through your account settings or through the app store where the subscription was purchased. Access usually remains active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or legally required circumstances. Partial-period refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has started, unless required by law.

4. App store purchases

If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund decisions and processing are controlled by that platform and its policy.
